Jeff Fulford spent 25 years exclusively representing hospitals, doctors and other health care personnel in the defense of medical malpractice claims, nursing home neglect cases and other health related litigation. He has represented over fifty hospitals throughout Florida and hundreds of physicians and other health care providers during his career. For the past five years he has exclusively represented plaintiffs in pursuing personal injury and wrongful death claims in the Stuart and Treasure Coast area. He has served as lead counsel in more than five hundred medical, hospital, physician and nursing home cases. These cases include hospital and physician malpractice, birth related and adult brain and neurological injuries, paralysis, lost limbs and wrongful death.

Jeff Fulford graduated magna cum laude from South Texas College of Law; has been Board Certified in Civil Trial Law by the Florida Bar since 1993; is AV rated by Martindale-Hubble; and has been chosen for the Superlawyers listing in 'personal injury-general' and 'personal injury-medical malpractice' sections for 2006 and 2007. Jeff Fulford currently serves on the Florida Supreme Court's committee on Standard Jury Instructions, by Court appointment in 2006. Currently, Jeff Fulford accepts significant personal injury and wrongful death cases in his Stuart based practice.
